Xu Jianxiong, Professor, doctoral supervisor, visiting scholar of NIH, and Shuguang Scholar of Shanghai. In recent years, he has been mainly engaged in Digestive tract development, immunity and nutrition regulation, and development of new plants ingredients. It has completed more than 30 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation, national key research and development plan project, published more than 120 papers in academic journals, won 3 second and 6 third prizes of provincial and ministerial science and Technology Progress Awards, won 1 first prize of Shanghai Excellent Invention, won 14 national patents, and transferred 9.
