主要研究方向:
1、动物生殖细胞蛋白质修饰功能研究:基于动物生殖细胞宏观表征及繁殖潜能特性,以生殖细胞蛋白磷酸化、酰化修饰功能以及相关生物信息学功能分析为主要研究策略,研究生殖细胞蛋白酰化修饰的功能及调控机制,筛选繁殖潜能相关调节蛋白及修饰标记分子。
2、动物繁殖障碍分子机制:基于生殖细胞的多组学研究,探讨病菌、重金属等环境污染物诱导生殖细胞基因变异、蛋白及修饰特征变化以及相关分子机制。基于分子、细胞及动物水平,开展分子标志物和靶点的功能学研究,解析病菌、重金属等环境污染物影响生殖细胞发生发展的关键基因、蛋白修饰及信号通路,探究生殖细胞损伤及动物繁殖障碍的分子诊疗指标体系。
3、家畜动物生殖细胞体外低温保存调控技术:针对家畜动物繁殖生产技术瓶颈,利用生殖细胞代谢通路关键因子活性调控技术,揭示家畜动物生殖细胞体外低温保存维持活性的核心分子机制;结合生殖细胞代谢组学、蛋白修饰组学等表型研究,解析蛋白修饰与生殖细胞表观活性的关联性,挖掘与维持细胞活性相关的分子标志物,开展相关机理及应用技术研究。
