个人简介   

2011年于浙江大学获得农业工程工学博士学位。2011年-2019年,上海海洋大学食品学院博士后、讲师,其中2017年-2018年赴美国加州大学戴维斯分校访问学习一年。2019年至今于上海交通大学农业与生物学院任职助理研究员。目前共发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者共计14篇,高被引论文2篇。在研主持上海交通大学新进青年教师科研启动项目1项。担任Food Chemistry,Food Control,Food Analytical Methods, Journal of Food Science等国际期刊审稿人。
